Background

When I have a complaint, I want to talk to a real person. When I call Vodafone customer care, I am asked to keep selected different options. Most of the times, I am not able get hold of a real person and my issue remains unresolved which increase the frustration further.

What we want

Vodafone should give an option to talk directly to a customer care representative on the main/home menu itself.
